A to Z of Happiness

Everyone wants to be happy, and they search for that state all their lives-- not realizing that it lies in simple things, in fleeting moments.

  2. What a great way to use our beloved alphabet to give some very good advice. I've found that happiness is really contentment, and that contentment is a choice. Wherever we find ourselves, whatever the circumstances, find the positive.
    I'll admit it took me three out of the five days I spent there, but in the hospital, with asthma so severe they scared me? I had a corner room, beautifully decorated, and my sister drove an hour to give me a hug and flowers and then she had to leave. An hour was all she had, but she gave it to me.
