#atozchallenge Rocking the Challenge!

So, I think I've settled on a theme for the Challenge.

It's gonna be a really simple one. (I wonder if it may be too simple) But it will require help from the people who visit my blog. I think it will be an interesting way to gather information that I can use at a later date and people will probably have fun making their own contribution.

Usually, I choose to do something that will help others and since I've done the Challenge, I've collected enough data for several books. Alas, I haven't done any kind of compilation, which won't get done unless I put it on a list.

Never fear, we have time yet. But all the same, the Challenge isn't very far away! The next time I post here, I'm hoping to introduce my Joyful Brigade of helpers for the Challenge. We're getting ready to rock the Challenge. Are you? In the very slim even that you haven't signed up as yet, access the sign-up list here.

I haven't heard from a couple of my helpers, so if you're up for helping me check in on a set of blogs during the Challenge, please feel free to leave me a message here and I'll touch base with you.

So have you settled on a theme yet. Narrowed it down to a couple? Still waffling? Need more time because you still can't decide yet?

  3. I like the idea of simple themes; mine is simple this year; got nine of them written, all of them mapped out; hope to get them all written by this weekend :)

If you need a helper, I'm available. I was part of Stephen Tremp's group last year.

  14. I am doing two blogs this year and have already chosen both of my themes. One of them I am already writing and scheduling them ahead of time, the other one I will be writing on each day of the challenge. I've also been invited to do a guest post on a friend's blog. I am so excited for April to get here! Good luck everyone! ~Lori~

  15. Not sure about following a theme. My blog is just random stuff that happens, or ideas that pop into my head a strange and often inconvenient moments.

Though I still need to edit the theme reveal post because I'm waiting for some art work to come in :P

  20. Hi! This is my first time here and I need some help. Do we pick out a theme for the whole challenge month or do we vote on a theme? Little confused as I had signed up for the challenge but was not receiving emails until today. Thanks for any help catching up that you can give me!

  21. Howdy! My blog is really new, and I set it up almost as a diary of me going through the process of learning to write my very first book. However instead of turning into a diary, sometimes I wonder if it sounds more like me lecturing about topics I haven't even learned myself yet.

I really like your idea about having a theme, and furthermore about it being interactive and helpful.

I wonder if I can come up with a list of topics for authors on "how would you handle this" (point of view, backstory, etc) and see if I can engage great minds on tips for everyone. And yes, for me too :-).

Thanks!!!! Best of luck to us all.

  22. I just found this website after reading another blog. I have written from A-Z several times. Does everyone write on the same theme or we pick our own each time?
