Not giving up on the #AtoZChallenge

We're in the third week of the A to Z Challenge, and some of us are, understandably, exhausted. I know I am.

But that does not mean we shall give up.

We shall march on ahead, visit more blogs, comment on new blogs, reply to comments we have received, return those comments.

Well, maybe not all of them all the time, but you get my drift.

Go forth and multiply the comments and blog-friends, and at the end of April, you shall be glad you did it.

Here's to NOT GIVING UP ON THE A TO Z CHALLENGE!

  4. Some days are easier to keep up with commenting and visiting than others but you're right, the important thing is not to give up! We're more than half way through and going strong!

  6. Not giving up over here, though I am starting to feel like my blog has been taken over by the challenge :) It will be nice to get back to 'normal', after the challenge has ended! It's been a lot of fun though, and the challenge is an incredible networking opportunity!

  21. I'm still going strong, blogging everyday and hitting as many old and new friends as possible. But there's a definite downshift in participation. From 22 comments down to two. Sad, but understandable.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Yes, I've noticed the fall off in participation and comments. I've now written and scheduled all of my posts for the rest of the challenge so I'll have plenty of time to work on extra visits and comments.

  25. I will go forth and multiply the comment Its to other blogs, and hope they do the same. The #AtoZ challenge has been fun and stressful, but I intend to do it again next year, if possible. I now have a better idea of what to expect and do. http://www.writer-way.blogspot.com

  33. I had a set back last week... I puled through, caught up with the letters and stil in the challenge. And I had good reasons to put it aside. Writing is the only thing that helps... With great respect! Ambrozya

  34. Love the cheerleading. I'm still plugging away. It's next week that will be tough because the kids are on vacation and I am studying for a big exam.

  35. What I wanted the most out of this AtoZ was to find a few bloggers I really loved. And I am beginning to find a few. So it's worth the work! Life & Faith in Caneyhead

  36. thanks for the support!!! I got behind, but am still plugging away, I haven't gotten to
visit as many bloggers as I wanted, and am disappointed was hoping to get all the way
through the list, but so far I have only gotten to 6 or 7. If you stop by, leave a comment,
and I will return the favor.... Mine is here http://ussminnow1964.blogspot.com/2014/04/a-z-photo-challenge-n.html

  37. Yes yes yes! I keep on keeping on! I even logged on from a McDonald's while out of town so that I could get comments in while I was out of town. This is what commitment feels like!

Glad to have read your post today. Makes my determination fire up one more time. (A good thing!)

  38. If you can keep going with the amount you've taken on we can easily! Well done for co-hosting another great AtoZ.
I've slowed up a bit this week as have comments to me, not surprisingly, as we all collapsed over the halfway hill. My sketches are getting done the day before at the moment, taking up valuable blog meandering time but I'll get there.
Met some more amazing bloggers again as happens each year during this challenge.

  39. I have been ill most of this time but I've kept moving forward. I missed a couple days but made up the missed ones. I've read, commented and followed quite a few. This is one commitment I've made that I will see to the end and will be back next year.

    ReplyDelete
  40. I came down with the flu a week ago today. I will attempt to make up the missed ones. I only missed "K" while I was actually down with the flu, but I missed work at my regular job so I haven't been able to do "N" or "O".

  41. I'm seeing a lot of comments that are CLOSE to getting the quote from Bruce Springsteen right, but it's, "No RETREAT baby, no surrender." I will not do either.

  42. I got strep this week, I'm behind on 2-3 letters, but catching up now.. ugh

    ReplyDelete
  43. I agree with you. Some of these letters are hard, like O for me and Q today. I usually blog every day but like to blog spontaneously about what I what I want to blog about, so this is a challenge. I have really appreciated all the new visitors and comments I received, as well as, the inspiration derived from visiting blogs I never knew existed.
