MASTER LIST
V is for Vivacious
Our team theme this month is “Aspirations: Blogging hopes, dreams, and goals”.
One of the things I love about the A to Z Challenge is learning new words that start with some less common letters, like V or Z. I have certainly heard and probably used the word vivacious before, both in my writing and blogging life. But I never thought about exactly what the definition was, and indeed, if you asked me to define it, I would struggle. So I checked:
vivacious (adjective): lively in temper, conduct, or spirit: sprightly
I certainly know many people in my life who are vivacious, and I might even have been accused of being vivacious at points in my life. I think I'll try to use this particular word more in describing the characters I write about.
What has been the most fun word you've learned in your A to Z journey?

ReplyDeleteI am a vivacious person to be honest...ask anyone who knows me. I've actually come across two favorites this year. One was from one of my own posts...Prestidigitation and the other one was from Janet's Smiles post on Mar-a-lago
ReplyDeleteIt's fun when we get to learn stuff from other bloggers and even more fun when our Voice Matters
Cheers,

I've never actually used vivacious in any of my posts or writings but that's a good word to describe a lot of people. I've always liked 'zephyr' though I didn't learn this from the challenge.
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely day.
I feel like "vivacious" was a vocabulary word at some point in my life. I don't remember using it my writing. Maybe I should add a vivacious character!
ReplyDeleteGood word!

I'll just make a wild guess at this one, as I think that drinking blood can actually make you more vivacious. "V is for Vampire"
