V is for Variety #atozchallenge

Today your challenge (should you choose to accept it) is to switch it up a little! Variety is good for creativity and good for the soul - especially in times like this when many forms of entertainment are not available, or have migrated online.

So, change one thing today! Here are some options:

1. Find a Category on the Master List that you usually are not interested in, and visit some blogs!

2. Write a genre you don't usually write!

3. Read a genre you don't usually read!

4. Find a new challenge! (another blogging challenge, a reading challenge, a kindness challenge, etc.)

5. Try a new form of exercise!

6. Eat breakfast for dinner!

We are nearing the end of the A to Z Challenge, but it is not quite over yet. I hope you all are having fun posting and visiting! Don't forget to schedule a Reflections post (Reflections starting May 3rd) so you can tell us about the experience! :)

Last year, having only discovered the A2Z Challenge on April 1st and therefore not having had any time to prepare, I took as my theme, the unfolding disaster of the Covid 19 pandemic. Today I return to the subject of viruses (and other microbiological hazards) but in the context of science fiction writing...

I have taken up the challenge to visit 3 sites in categories I normally wouldn't read - here is a mini-review...

I am reading a book, which is not a genre I usually read. Will that do?

Done everything in the list already, but wouldn't hurt to repeat. :)
After coming out of cancer treatment, I did feel like a victim for a short period, but consciously I changed those thoughts to become "Victor". Believe me it helped a lot.

I like variety. Breakfast for dinner is a great way to switch things up and occasionally that's the way we do things around here. If time allows then I may go to the Master List to venture out a new different blogger. :) Now, I've gotta VAROOM!

I'm not sjure how varied can a Visage be, but that's for a DM to determine when using it ;)

I love breakfast for dinner! Sometimes even just a bowl of cereal works! A category I don't usually check out are the author ones with flash fiction, or genealogy. I'll check some of them out today. Thanks for the ideas.

I haven't written 90s YA since, well, the actual 90s! So I guess I had some variety this month.

Today's post has some heavy snark. Because it's 90s fiction and remarks on something that's going on in our world today. Please, come enjoy the snark!

Variety is certainly the spice of life; and I hope to explore a variety of blogs over the next two days to catch up on my commenting and my scavenger hunt now that I have finally caught up on my posting itself.
